BEFORE YOUR SPRAY TAN
For the best possible finish:
• Exfoliate your skin approximately 24 hours before your appointment.
• Shave or wax at least 24 hours beforehand where possible.
• Pay particular attention to dry areas such as elbows, knees and ankles when exfoliating.
• On the day of your appointment, arrive with clean, dry skin.
• Avoid moisturiser, body oils, deodorant, perfume and makeup immediately before your tan.
• Bring loose, dark clothing and suitable footwear to wear afterwards.
DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT
We'll discuss the depth of colour you'd like before your treatment.
Barrier cream can be applied to particularly dry areas before the tan is professionally sprayed over the body to create an even finish.
The appointment itself is quick and easy, making it perfect for fitting a gorgeous glow into a busy week.
AFTER YOUR SPRAY TAN
Allow your tan to develop for the recommended time before taking your first shower. Your exact development time will depend on the Sienna X solution used, and we'll tell you when to rinse before you leave.
During development:
• Avoid water and excessive sweating.
• Don't exercise, swim or use a sauna/steam room.
• Wear loose-fitting clothing.
• Try not to touch or rub the skin unnecessarily.
When it's time for your first shower, gently rinse until the water runs clear and pat rather than rub your skin dry.
MAKE YOUR TAN LAST LONGER
Once your first rinse is complete, moisturise regularly to help keep your tan looking even.
Avoid excessive exfoliation and remember that swimming, hot tubs, long baths and frequent shaving can cause a tan to fade more quickly.
Your spray tan will gradually and naturally fade as your skin renews.
