1. BODY JEWELLERY RETURNS POLICY
Please note we do not accept returns on any item of Body Jewellery due to hygiene, unless the item is faulty, contact us within 7 days to advise. Please ensure you check you have chosen the correct size for your piercing before purchasing.

2. CLOTHING RETURNS POLICY
REFUNDS / EXCHANGING SIZES If you would like a refund or exchange clothing for a different size, please ensure your goods are returned in perfect condition (i.e. no animal hairs, marks or rips) and in their original packaging within 14 days of receipt.

Please complete the form received with your order and pop into the parcel you are returning. We will cover the cost of posting out your exchanged item(s) on your first return. If you need to return any further items to us for an exchange, you will be required to cover the relevant postage costs incurred.If your order has been damaged in transit or is faulty or incorrect, please get in touch before returning it to us.
